libdacs-dev software package provides Distributed Access Control System (DACS) - shared library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdacs-dev
libdacs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdacs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdacs-dev *
You will get with libdacs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
